5 warning signs your pump needs urgent attention

1. Unusual noises – Grinding, rattling or whining can signal worn parts or cavitation.

2. Leaks around the pump – Seals, fittings or housings may be compromised. Don’t ignore drips.

3. Drop in flow or pressure – This often means clogging, wear or internal damage.

4. Overheating – If the pump runs hot, it may be starved of liquid or working too hard.

5. Excessive vibration – Shaking causes long-term damage to many parts of the system as well as the pump. Check alignment and mounting.
